At The Barn at Cypress Ridge, we believe that life's special milestones are meant to be celebrated in style. Our unique property is the ideal setting to observe your next gathering, wedding or corporate event. The property boasts an 1800 square foot climate controlled barn with additional side shed options that provide an extra 1200 square feet of outdoor room. There is an additional 3300 square foot grand pavilion with a massive stone fireplace overlooking the pond and gazebo. A functioning waterwheel lends perfect charm and further splendor to your event. A well appointed bridal cottage is available for pre-wedding preparation and for overnight lodging.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? The Barn is located in East Texas, approximately 4 miles north of Palestine which allows you and your guests easy access to local hotels. We are 45 minutes south of Tyler, 2 hours southeast of Dallas, 3 hours north of Houston and 2 hours west of the Louisiana border.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE ACCOMMODATED? Utilizing the Barn and Pavilion, we can comfortably accommodate 200 guests. We have ample well-lit parking as well.

WHAT IS THE BRIDAL COTTAGE? The bridal cottage is available for pre-wedding preparation and for overnight accommodations on your special day. It has a full service kitchen, bath, bedroom, a loft and living area. In total with a pull out couch it may house up to 6 guests.
ARE THERE GREAT PLACES TO TAKE PICTURES? Yes! We have numerous opportunities for you to take your wedding pictures such as the waterwheel, the well-manicured landscape and the outdoor farm ambiance.
IS IT TRUE THAT THERE IS AN AWESOME FIRE PIT? Yes. You can relax by the fire pit next to the pond and listen to the falling water from the beautiful water wheel.
WHAT VENDORS CAN I USE? You may use anyone that you would like. We can also provide a listing of vendors for your convenience. We have a full service kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher available for your use.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY? A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to save the date. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. This is also non-refundable.
CAN I SERVE ALCOHOL AT MY EVENT?Though we do not provide alcohol, you may bring it in, but it must not be in glass bottle form. Alcohol consumption is allowed for 4 hours only. A security guard must be on site if alcohol is being served.
WHEN DO I NEED A SECURITY GUARD?A security guard is mandatory for all events that serve alcohol or that are at least 100 persons. An additional security guard is obtained for events up to 200 persons. This cost is transferred to the customer and paid up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
